Atkins Circle Apartments Designed and constructed in two phases, Atkins Circle encompasses luxury apartments with two 3,500 square foot state-of-the-art recreation centers featuring a lap pool and an infinity pool. Design included developing a program of requirements, coordination with a timber-frame contractor, and a swimming pool contractor, and the production of construction drawings. HVAC included innovative ductwork distribution for effective heating and cooling of the 2-story clerestory space. Electric specialties included saunas and a steam bath.
